Hi Tatham, Thank you!!!!!! Feel utterly silly I never discover the feature in 7 by 8" iPad screen and 2 by 3" screen from iPod Touch So I did some exploring, notice in mobile site that mimics App like interface, it doesn't work, take the new twitter mobile site for example, and the iScroll that Caleb mentioned (thanks Caleb!) also disable the go to top.
