The merits of ReadSpeaker (and BrowseAloud, which is very similar) have been discussed at great length in the accessibility community for the best part of a decade. There is very little support for them amongst accessibility professionals.
My view is that if you have the budget for these services (and they are not cheap) there are much better ways you can spend the money that will benefit more people.
