[PATCH] unit tests for nested wsdl importing using a classloader

Dear WSIF Development team,

Here is a patch to add a unit test for the bug when using wsdl with nested
imports and a classloader. It adds 3 new wsdl files for addressbook which
import each other, plus a new test in WsdlLoadingTest to use them.
