My question was regarding the Java Binding extension provided by WSIF.
There seems to be no way to generate
Java bindings in WSDL with other tools. If you know any other tool which
can generate Java binding in WSDL,
Pls let me know about it.

WSIF is intended for producing clients that consume web services with
existing WSDL descriptors.  It is not a web service implementation
platform.  Apache Axis, JBOSS, BEA Weblogic and IBM Websphere, among
others, are examples of such platforms.
