by SEI you mean "service endpoint interface"? AFAIK no such thing exists
in WSIF though maybe there is something like that in JAX-RPC/WS toolkits
(AXIS2?) and it seems that IBM WAS has it -

BTW: is there somewhere an easy to read description how the process of
SEI generation from WSDL deals with mapping XML schema types to Java? is
it JAXB or pluggable?
