Hi John,
In general I've tried to leave decisions about default frequencies for a
particular mode to the community -- and just adopt the consensus
opinions as program defaults.
I was not aware that in JA there was an issue with the 12m frequency.
Last time I asked for input on whether our defaults were OK, nobody
expressed a contrary view.
