r3667 still has problems with kvasd. If kvasd is present,
decoding stops after the first minute's signals are decoded.
If kvasd is absent wsjtx complains about recursive calls and
eventually stops responding to mouse clicks.
Is there a way to tell wsjtx to forget about kvasd?
