With the bump in the version number a new v1.3 desktop icon was created ...
but in the Windows start menu the wsjtx1.3 link was put in the wsjt1.2
folder.  (Took all the defaults walking through the Windows installer.)  And
it looks like everything installed to the c:\wsjt1.2 folder.

What is the scheme for version naming and how the executable, directories
and start menu folders should be setup?  I guess my personal preference
would be that minor versions shouldn't create new folder structures - and
maybe not even be named differently.  (You can always get the version and
build from the window title bar as well as "about".) 

Unrelated - installer places shortcuts in the desktop folder.  My preference
would be for the installer to ask permission to do that.  The trend
beginning with Windows Vista and Windows 7 was to have application
installers not create desktop icons.
