I have noticed three issues with r3680.
1. On startup with an ICOM 756pro wsjtx tries to set VFO B and fails.
A minor issue.
2. If double clicking on a CQ toward the bottom of the minute,
wsjtx starts transmitting instantly.
3. The tone output from the TUNE function should be as high as
the highest level output in normal transmission.
