Hi Greg, To be more concise on #6, the console started by wsjt-doc.bat terminated in the error I listed, both times, for both paths in the commands:
"svn co svn://svn.berlios.de/wsjt/doc (not) svn co svn://svn.berlios.de/wsjt/branches/wsjtx" A quick check of the svn tree *I* can see starts with root/branches. Could this be a rights issue? Do I have to be logged in to run the svn co? Since it's open source I thought not but now I'm not so sure. Either way, I have to be frank. I was hoping to work on the manual and learn more about the project. So far I have wasted hours and hours arm wrestling with the tools instead of contributing something useful. All I need is the latest text copy of the manual, some direction on what needs to be done, and a knowlegeable person to screen my suggestions before they are committed. Does it make better sense to simply post a link to the latest point release manual copy and let Joe or his delegate combine edit suggestions at will? That's seems to be what is happening anyway. BTW, this is Chuck, not Chase. Don't want him blamed if you dislike the above comments. ;^] 72, chuck >
