It is already available, or at least it should be. Check the "Monitor off at startup" option in settings.
Since there have been requests for both direct return to prior QRG when starting and leaving the rig as is at startup, I have made the "Monitor" button such that when it is enabled (Green) WSJT-X seizes control of the rig and when it is disabled (Grey) it relinquishes control.
