For those interested, just for testing:

I installed: libxml2-utils, about 38k.

I downloaded the AsciiDoc sources from:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/asciidoc/asciidoc-8.6.9.tar.gz

cd ~/Downloads
tar -xzvf asciidoc-8.6.9.tar.gz
cd asciidoc-8.6.9
cp ~/wsjtx/manpages/man1/wsjtx.1.txt .
python a2x.py --format=manpage --doctype=manpage --no-xmllint wsjtx.1.txt
man ./wsjtx.1

Up popped a nice looking man page :-)

I'm not sure about the --xsltproc-opts, need to check into that one a 
bit more, but at least it's possible to get around that monster install. 
Now I need to test with CMake.
