It has been superseded by Configuration.cpp which already allows for entry and persistence of port names, network addresses and ports etc.
Did you intend the patch to be applied to some prior version earlier than the current head? AFAIK apart from serious defects we do not apply patches to versions that have been released. Perhaps you would like to update to the HEAD of the WSJT-X branch and build that, then try the new configuration features including sensible defaults for ports and addresses.
