Yes, I have the latest wsjtx.pro file.  In my Windows setup, doing 
"qmake" followed by "mingw32-make Release" fails to create the OmniRig.* 
files.  I have not discovered why.

Perhaps we should agree to abandon building via qmake?  maintaining that 
path may be more trouble than it's worth.
