WSJT is licensed under the GPL, which means if you distribute
a modified version, you need to make the source code of that
version available as well.

I do not know the legality of incorporating WSJT into HRD using
a client/server structure. I am not sure it is defined (in law
or jurisprudence) whether or not that counts as a derived work.
