Current versions of installation packages are always on the WSJT Home
Page.
I'm not sure just what you think is "out of date". The latest released
version of of the programs you mention are
WSPR: v2.12 r3617
WSPR-X: v0.8 r3058
WSJT-X: v1.3 r3673
By definition, these latest releases are not "out of date".
Some users, including most members of the development team, are using
WSJT-X v1.4. We have not yet packaged it for open release under
Windows, OS X, or *nix, so to join this group you must build it for
yourself, from the open source code.
As for the features you mention...
"no 15 min wspr": The WSPR-15 mode is contained in WSPR-X.
"no 630 meters": ??? I have no idea what you might mean. WSPR, WSPR-X,
and WSJT-X may be used on any band.
