I suspect this is a question that can only be answered by codeplex or by 
posting to the Qt support forum.

I don't think we are doing anything in particular that might cause that 
window manager to throw it out. Qt does have some window manager 
interaction capability but I don't know anything more than that or if it 
even does so on Windows.
