You can synchronize your laptop's internal clock with NTP by creating a 
Time Synchronization Task in the Task Scheduler of your W7/64 laptop.  For 
ease of description and to save space here, please follow this link to 
learn how to do it.

Also, you should change your laptop's Internet Time server to an NTP 
Internet Time Server that is more accurate than time.windows.com and is 
physically closer to your QTH.
