Hi Joe, Tested with both JTSDK-QT v1.0.0 and JTSDK v2.0.0. Both run fine after the last update. I used the respective build environments, removed the path prefix in wisdom1.bat, everything worked fine.
I can add this optimization to the build script if you like, I just need to know all the input parameters needed / desired. Obviously, we need to do something different for packaging, maybe a C file or another binary to bundle along with things and add fftw-wisdom.exe to the package, then a user option at install to run it or manually run it as ehy see fit. For simplicity, could add a batch file and Installer Menu item that runs it for the user, but that needs to be done in the NSIS installer config so Bill will have to update that. For Linux, I'm not sure where the output is needed ( ./local/applicaitons/WSJTX ?? ), but for runtime packages, on Debian/Ubuntu, you need libfftw3-bin which supplies the fftw-wisdom binaries. If you have libfftw3-dev installed, libfftw3-bin are taken care of.
