I'll update the source files in msys/etc/skel and cyg32/etc/skel to
set en_US.UTF-8.
You could also set these values the cvyg32 and msys .batch or minttyrc
config files.

Now if I type a wrong command obtain a strange mix of Italian and
English messages.
I am in trouble to understand Italian translation as normally all
manuals and books are in English.
All is solved with 'export LANG=en_US.UTF-8'
In jtsdk.bash_profile i read
# SET LANG
export LANG=$(locale -uU)
but any update can overwrite it.
I need only a help on best practice to fix $LANG to en_US:UTF-8
