RC is for the Release candidate ( v1.4.0 )

..IR = Install Release
..ID = Install Debug
..BR = Build Release
..BD = Build Debug.

The idea was to separate both Release & Debug, build tree and final
install directory, for WSJTX 1.5.0 devel and WSJTX RC. The same for the
package target, although, the package target will use the BR build tree
for it's configuration.

For WSJT and WSPR, the build directory is not separated, maybe it should
be, but the install directory is: ../{wsjt,wspr}/install
