Hi Chris,

The Qt platform plugin error your seeing is also present for WSJT-X 1.4
RC from the Suite Installer. This is due to an inadvertent omission on
my part, that, coupled with other Qt5.2 specific issues with Win-10.
v1.0.12, which I will try to send out early tomorrow, will fix the problem.
