Hello All,

Joe and Bill have made several significant updates to WSJT-X 1.5 (dev 
branch) and it's been about a month or so since the last Suite update.

This is primarily for the benefit of those that do not or cannot build 
WSJT apps locally and would like to test out the latest improvements. 
Only WSJT-X v1.5 Devel has been updated, the remaining apps have not 
seem much change.

BRIEF CHANGE SUMMARY ( WSJT-X 1.5-devel )
* Built with: JTSDK v2.0.0-B2
* Hamlib3 Build Date: 11-FEB-2015
* Many significant decoder improvements
* Added JT9_omp.exe binary (for OpenMP Testing)
* Improved (better & faster) Flatten routine
* User selectable colors for backgrounds
of decoded messages. ( Testing requested )

UNINSTALL & INSTALL v1.0.14
* Using the uninstaller, remove any previous installations
* Install v.1.0.14 as you normally would.
