Greetings All, Bug Report: Wrong cursor type in Band Activity and RX Frequency Text Windows.
Expected Action = Arrow cursor Observed Action = I Beam cursor WSJTX Version = 1.5.0-devel r4957 Operating System = Ubuntu Linux with dmz-cursor-theme Additional Information: All other field locations within the Main Window, and the Wide Graph, the expected action of using the Arrow cursor, and/or the I Beam cursor is correct. The I Beam cursor does not effect the ability to double click on a CQ Call and to populate the "Generate Std Msgs" fields, or in any way effect the normal RX/TX function of WSJTX, so in that regard fixing the cursor might be just a cosmetic fix, but when using very small fonts, it might be difficult for some operators to accurately select the correct CQ call in a multiple "stacked" CQ's situation in the Band Activity text window. I have also notice that when "half" of the I Beam cursor is use to select a CQ call, the Generate Std Msgs will be populated with the data from the Band Activity above, or below the CQ call, depending on the I Beam cursor position, i.e., above, or below the intended CQ call that is double clicked. If the operator is not completely vigilant, that would result in very poor operating. 73, John, N1ISA ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Dive into the World of Parallel Programming.
