If the narrow power settting UI element is chosen, up and down
keyboard arrow give very fine control of power level. Much
finer than I can manage with a mouse. Which is good.
If focus falls outside the power setting UI, up down
arrow changes the *band*. I was caught a bit off
guard by this when attempting a small power adjustment.
So be careful with those arrow keys....
