Spent a lot of air time with this release candidate after many hours of
v1.5.0-devel on-air testing.

Above all, v1.4.0-rc4 lives up to being a rock solid candidate as
advertised. Couldn't even get a hiccup from it when intentionally prodding
it to misbehave. While some may have issues with CAT compatibilities, I had
none - having it control DX Commander which, in turn, controls the rig.

I am spoiled, however, by v1.5.0-devel's much faster decoding and ability
to handle signals in the -25 dB region. Those are lacking in v11.4.0-rc4.
Decoding - especially when both JT65 and JT9 signals are being decoded - is
just not that fast. Too, I've lost JT9 QSOs when my QSO partner's signal
dropped below -22 dB (QRN is a small problem at this QTH).

Now, I look forward to v1.5.0-devel reaching the rock solid operation of
V1.4.0-rc4, and itself becoming a release candidate.
