For Linux, this is a one line change in the jtsdk-wsjtx.sh script,
adding in the line to turn ON doc builds during the configure stage. All
the other dependencies should be resolved, if you installed using the
jtsdk ./configure, make, sudo make instlall method.


Windows, as usual, is a PITA.
