manual that hasn't yet been published, in fact it hasn't even been
written yet.
The old main manual is still there as linked from the main WSJT-X page.
Local manual works 'jes fine.
If building the user guide with the application goes ahead, it is only a
trial so far with a dummy copy of the user guide sources, then I would
expect a new version of the user guide would be released with each
release of WSJT-X and that version specific document would be added to
the project web server.
