Hi Bill,

I don't think it was allot, default fonts, maybe a color or two for
links. A quick diff from:

/etc/asciidoc/stylesheets/asciidoc.css

and

branches/doc/asciidoc/stylesheets/asciidoc.css

That should list them all.

I gotta run, will check back in later.
