Hi all
I'm ready to get flamed :)
I'm about to repair the 10 GHz system and try using ISCAT-A over a 500Km path.
What I'd like to do is continually send the same short message , callsign and 4
digits of the QRA,
for hours at a time .
That means tying up the shack computer,
Is it possible to produce the audio tones from a PIC, or the alternative a
small headless ARM SBC ?
A PIC would be ideal as I could embed it in the transceiver, no need to decode
anything, if I'm
lucky enough to get heard , I can just use the shack computer .
