Hello All,

This update corrects the improper build configuration for the User Guide.

ChangeLog:
* Allow the use of --enable-separate switch during ./autogen.sh
* Configure build tree from the *Top Level*, not doc folder
* Display version tag info "inside" the document
* Produce the correct file, which includes the version tag
* Output file location now matches that of a Release Target build
* Display the name and location to the user after build

Example Output ( with --enable-separate ):
File.....: wsjtx-main-1.6.0-devel.html
Build....: ~/jtsdk/wsjtx/1.6.0/1.6.0-r5486/build/Release
Install..: ~/jtsdk/wsjtx/1.6.0/1.6.0-r5486/install/Release/share/doc/wsjtx

Example Output ( without --enable-separate ):
File.....: wsjtx-main-1.6.0-devel.html
Build....: ~/jtsdk/wsjtx/1.6.0/build/Release
Install..: ~/jtsdk/wsjtx/1.6.0/install/Release/share/doc/wsjtx

INSTALLATION
* Uninstall all previous versions of JTSDK
* Download, Uninstall and Install instructions can be found here:

https://sourceforge.net/projects/jtsdk/files/linux/2.0.0/

FUTURE PLANNING ( v2.0.6 thru v2.0.10 )
* On the next release, I'll be removing the version number when using
--enable-separate. This is to shorten the file:// path

../1.6.0/1.6.0-r5486 will become ../1.6.0/r5486

* There will be an option to enable / disable the configuration features
from an jtsdk-admin screen / menu (--enable-separate, etc). This same
screen will be used to enable / disable the CMake Options for a current
build ( WSJT-X builds ) or set the options as the default build
configuration.

* For Ubuntu and first level derivatives there will be a PPA available.
Compiling from source will not longer be required.

* For non Ubuntu based Distro's ( Debian, Raspbian, etc ), there will be
a .deb binary package available for installation which should also
remove the source build requirement. The .deb's will be posted on
Sourcefoege ~JTSDK.

If you have any problems, post them to the wsjt-devel list.
