You need to tick "Enable VHF/UHF/Microwave Features" on the "Settings | 
General" tab.  If you want to do EME, you should also tick "Decode at t 
= 52 s", to allow for the 2.5 s propagation delay.

Fair warning: the JT65 decoder in WSJT-X does not yet do correlation 
decodes (aka "Deep Search") or message averaging.  Otherwise I think 
JT65B and JT65C should be as they are in program WSJT -- but testing of 
the B and C submodes in WSJT-X has been minimal, as yet.
