As already reported, I have not been able to reproduce this problem.
At present I have no explanation for the behavior you observe.
I note that the file azel.dat has been created and written, as expected,
and has the correct length. Is some other program trying to access this
file?
Have you tried assigning a different directory for the file azel.dat,
for example, C:\Temp ?
