Hi Joe I have had an initial quick look at r5779 - thanks for posting it.
Possible bug with T/R sequence length selection? If you enter JT9 from JT4 (where 60s is set), then JT9 will sequence OK with 60s. If you then change sequence to 30s (or others) and come back to 60s, the progress bar shows x/30 not x/60 and program runs with 30s periods not 60. Closing and restarting the program from JT9 brings back correct operation with 60s.
