It moves us a step closer to that although I already have two patches 
for Hamlib since their 3.0 release in progress, so we will probably be 
targeting 3.0.1 or 3.0.2 if I can convince them to include my patches.

For now stick with my fork and the integration branch but watch this 
space for updates.
