Hi Neil,

I have committed an update which may squelch the error that you observed. 

But…. be advised that the 1.6.1 branch is not in a stable state at this time. 
We are experimenting with a completely new scheme for detecting and selecting 
signals that are candidates for submission to the jt65 decoder. This is still 
very rough code. 

I do not recommend using r5959 in the 1.6.1 branch, or any version after r5959 
until things have stabilized. This will likely be some time after Joe returns, 
later this week.
