Thanks, I was aware of the presence of the (unused) control that you
highlight. In v1.6.0 we "grayed out" several controls when they are
inactive, but did not make them invisible. In v1.6.1 I started making
them invisible instead. I think we'll leave it as is in v1.6.0.
