One small suggestion in the appropriate place or perhaps
repeated/referenced in a couple of places...
"Remember that doubling or halving your power is a 3dB change, so if you
see a -02 report then changing from 10W to 5W should result in a -05
signal.  If you check hamspots.net you can see what your signal reports
look like and if you may want to double power or such when seeing lots of
-20 or less reports."
