Hello All,

After the last update I posted this evening for JTSDK Nix, WSJT-X v1.7.0
is now building OK using AsciiDoctor, either a full build or just the
user guide itself.

WSJT-X v1.6.0-RCx is still using AsciiDoc ( Python27 version ). Both the
full build or just the user guide is OK here as also.

I also enabled the use ( through the tool chain files ) of either
AsciiDoc or AsciiDoctor for MAP65 and WSPR-X user guides. Both of these
apps have yet to be converted from MS doc files. WSPR-X has the basic
folder structure and a couple base files, but that is about all.

This should have been included in the previous update for restructuring
the branch builds, but it simply slipped past me.

Apologies for all the confusion.
