Also, I always do everything from a Fedora packaging POV even if it's just for me. Fedora prefers official tarballs over checkouts. Additionally I NEVER do a "make install" as root. It's too easy to make an RPM instead which take care of a lot of things other than just safe installs and uninstalls. I've already got hamlib 3.0 in Fedora so once the new release is made (3.1?) I'll fix the RPM to just be wsjtx and submit a review request for official inclusion in Fedora instead of the COPR. Thanks, Richard
