The location of the JPLEPH and User Guide files on Windows are: <install-location>/bin/data/JPLEPH <install-location>/bin/doc/wsjtx-main-<version>.html you should not have to move or install this file manually, the CMake install target puts it in the correct place, but it is broken at the moment. It should be fixed as of r6250.
