Last time I used WSJT was monitoring GB3VHF using JT65B. But last night I went straight to 40m and selected JT9+JT65 mode. Had one contact on JT9. Then I replied to a JT65 with no success. Happened to look at the wide graph window and noticed that my red and green bars were twice as wide as others signals and the penny dropped. But nowhere on the screen does it indicate the submodes when you are using the joint modes. So you have to change to the single mode and check or select the correct submode before switching to the dual mode. So I think the submode should be indicated on the dual mode screen OR perhaps the dual mode should be constrained to specific submodes as I cannot foresee wanting to use other than JT65A with JT9, but perhaps others can.
