Hi Paul
I just downloaded from the ppa jtsdk and build wsjtx on my Ordoid C1+, at the 
point you are having
problems I noticed CCC1 taking 100% CPU and 50% memory.

So if I were you with the Rasp PI2 , shut down the X server, or run it headless 
with a SSH link
but either way, make sure no unwanted processes are running and run jtsdk from 
the CLI,
it should then build
