What's a few orders of magnitude between friends, eh?

Confirmed it now works OK on Windows 7 & 10.  Windows 7 doesnt' show the
year, Windows 10 shows the "2016" portion.

One more thing though...the amplitude in the WAV files is VERY low.  On
Audacity's scale of -1 to 1 it's around 0.01.  You can barely hear it.
8-bit vs 16-bit perhaps?
