I would like to propose some more changes:

Test results, increase shown above all my previous WSJT-X code changes:

sine window with 2 sample offset in symspec65 - 1157 total and 6 false JT65
decodes
cosine window in subtract65 and sine window with 2 sample offset in symspec65
-1163 total and 9 false JT65 decodes
getting 0.26 percent increase in number of the correct JT65 decodes

sine window with 2 sample offset in symspec65 - 3367 total and 6 false JT65
decodes
cosine window in subtract65 and sine window with 2 sample offset symspec65 -
3403 total and 5 false JT65 decodes
getting 1 percent increase in number of the correct JT65 decodes.
