Here's a wav file with DP1POL at 2648 offset. He decoded fine the minute before at -15 but this period no decode at all on what looks like a clean signal.
So this isn't a "booming" JT9 signal but is an example of a few that I've seen lately that didn't decode when it looks like they should.
