OK...here is a patch which changes Watchdog to a spinbox and adds a status bar item when it's enabled. 99 is disabled. I changed the settings name too to allow downgrading. I didn't try to provide an "upgrade" path so first time run watchdog will be 99 and disabled. I could add some logic for that but not sure we want to put "upgrade" logic in the code like that.
