Hi Josh,

I've not been on Windows in a while, however, just now I as able to 
build both Hamlib3 and WSJT-X on my Win-10 machine. I'm running WSPR and 
all seems normal here. The svn revision is r6659.

As Bill asked, what is the error your getting ?
