I can reproduce that, I think it is a minor JTAlert defect. The
following capture for the JTAlert settings
implies that the waterfall should minimize and restore along with the
WSJT-X main window but it seems that the first restore of hidden windows
(i.e. not minimized) does not bring the wide graph to the front.
I know Laurie monitors this list but it may be better to also report
this on the HamApps Yahoo list.
