Hello All,

This upgrade fixes several user reported bugs, updates package list
README files and jtsdk-meta packages. No new functions were added.

*CHANGE-LOG*
- Fixed bug for WSPR SVN check out
- Updated README and README.pkg-lists.txt files
- Fixed bug that removes the JTSDK shared folder during uninstall
- Fixed bug for Autosvn when the folders do not exist
- Added libusb-1.0-0-dev package support for Hamlib3
- Added libudev-dev, coderay and ascidoctor to jtsdk-meta pkgs
- Changed python-dev to python3-dev in jtsdk-meta pkgs
- Removed source-highlight from jtsdk-meta pkgs

Package additions / deletions apply to JTSDK Meta packages. If your
installing from source you will need to add the packages listed above
manually for your specific distribution.

I've added pre-compiled versions of both the Release Notes and User
Guide (HTML and PDF) so users can review them before hand. Installation
instruction can be found in the User Guide (PPA and Source). The release
notes file now provides links to the respective User Guides for each
version.

- Those using the my PPA for installation should see version 2.0.21
